Graphene Matrix PRO creates an extremely durable protective coating with superior strength, flexibility and repellency that enhances and maintains vehicle finishes. A revolutionary coating with cutting edge Graphene technology that creates remarkable shine and protects any vehicle effortlessly.
Graphene Matrix PRO utilizes an innovative Graphene Oxide composite that bonds to form an impenetrable layer of protection. Our unique chemistry makes Graphene Matrix PRO easier to install than ever before. Graphene Matrix PRO does not harden or crystallize like normal ceramics, reducing the risk of potentially irreversible high spots or streaking.
Graphene Matrix PRO Coating durability is rated in years, not months like many spray on “Coatings”. Once applied, Graphene Matrix PRO forms a permanent bond to the finish protecting and repelling contaminants.
Graphene Matrix PRO Coating's unparalleled ability to resist contamination is due to its extremely high surface sheer angle, shedding water and contaminants while reducing the risk of etching, water spotting, and staining. In addition to its resistance to abrasion, weathering, and oxidation, Graphene Matrix PRO Coating creates a layer that forms an almost impenetrable barrier on top of the surface once applied. Future maintenance, such as clay barring and light polishing to repair possible imperfections in the coating, can be performed without sacrificing its integrity, resulting in the ability to finally achieve a near-permanent coating.
Clean any loose dust, dirt and contaminants from the surface.
Clay bar any rough embedded contaminants from the surface to ensure no impurities interfere with the coatings properties.
Polish/Compound to remove any paint defects in the form of scratches, swirl marks and oxidation. Graphene Matrix PRO is a semi permanent coating so once applied any defects will remain sealed underneath.
Deep clean any polish oils or residues from the surface that could inhibit the bonding process using Ethos Detox.
Graphene Matrix PRO can be applied to any painted, plastic or glass (Including windshield) surface. For most vehicles, one 50ml bottle of Graphene Matrix PRO is more than enough to apply 2 coats. A little bit goes a long way.
Make sure the surface has been completely cleaned and decontaminated with Ethos Detox. The cleaner the surface, the better the bond!
Shake bottle well.
Apply a few drops of Graphene Matrix PRO onto your applicator until evenly covered.
Starting with horizontal / top surfaces first, make sure to apply in an even manner using our coating applicator. Slightly overlap from one line to the next, working in small areas approximately 3’x3’ or the size of a door or half a hood surface at a time.
Applicators should glide smoothly on the surface while laying down an even layer of coating. If the applicator starts to drag or the application becomes inconsistent, apply additional drops to the applicator.
Immediately after application, you will notice a “Rainbow Effect” (More prevalent on dark colors) while the applied coating bonds to the surface. The coating is ready to remove when the rainbow has turned into a "fog/Haze" (Temperature and humidity will affect flash time.) In most climates, the coating is ready to remove approx. 1-3 minutes after initial application.
Using premium microfiber towels (Preferably our Utility Towels), thoroughly wipe down the section to remove the Graphene Coating residue. Your first wipe should remove about 80% of the residue, and your second wipe should easily remove the remainder. Use small, circular motions and little to no pressure during removal.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to check adjacent panels to make sure you haven't "pushed" excess coating to other areas. (We recommend using a flashlight or smartphone light for inspection to make sure every bit of residue is gone. If you fail to remove all of the residue, it will become a dark spot once it cures and will require compounding or wet sanding to remove) So be thorough and continue to check your work before moving onto the next step.
Repeat these steps as you move along the rest of your vehicle. Coating the paint, plastics, trim and glass surfaces in the same manner.
Wait 1 hour between layers and no greater than 24 hours after the first.
Let the coating dry / cure for at least 24 hours before allowing it to get wet. The longer it stays dry the better, as it will continue to cure for about 5 days (you CAN drive the car during this time). We recommend that you don't wash the car for about a week afterwards
