Every Ethos product is covered against manufacturer defects. If anything arrives damaged, leaking or defective, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Changed your mind? Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened products can't be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except orders with EthosCare™ Shipping Protection, which get a free return label.

Consumables such as towels, pads and applicators are covered against defects, not normal wear and tear. Coverage requires proof of purchase and use of the product for its intended purpose. Full details: Shipping & Returns.
