SAME‑DAY SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) begin processing that day.

Orders placed after 4 PM EST, weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Mystery Boxes, sale, and discount items ship first‑in, first‑out and are excluded from same‑day processing.

USPS and FedEx Home Delivery may deliver on Saturdays at carrier discretion; other methods do not offer weekend delivery.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Contiguous U.S.: Free ground shipping on orders $75+ (carrier of our choice).

HI & AK: Free ground shipping on orders $200+.

Offer excludes air, priority‑mail, international, freight, and cannot be combined with other promotions, volume‑discount, or wholesale accounts.
ETHOSCARE™ SHIPPING PROTECTION (Optional Add‑On at Checkout)
For extra peace of mind, you can add EthosCare™ Shipping Protection during checkout for a low flat fee (displayed next to the opt‑in toggle). If selected, your order is insured against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.

Stolen After Delivery | Tracking shows "Delivered" but package is missing after reasonable search. | One‑time courtesy reship or refund. |
How to Purchase Tick the EthosCare™ Shipping Protection box in your cart or at checkout.
Claim Window Notify us within 7 days of the covered event by emailing support@ethoscarcare.com with order #, photos (if applicable), and a brief description. We respond within 1 business day and resolve most cases within 48 hours.
Exclusions

Orders that did not purchase EthosCare™ Shipping Protection at checkout.

Shipments addressed to freight forwarders or P.O. boxes.

Packages marked "Returned to Sender" due to incorrect address.

Damage resulting from improper product use after delivery.
The EthosCare fee is non‑refundable once the package ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your country. Ethos Car Care is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.
WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If there is a defect in an Ethos product, your exclusive remedy is product replacement or refund of the purchase price. ETHOS CAR CARE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Users are solely responsible for determining product suitability.
