What 2.3 lb means on your hood

Slickness is the thing you feel on the final wipe: the towel keeps going instead of grabbing. Project Farm put a number on it by dragging a weighted sponge across every panel after the chemical rounds.

RESIST took 2.3 lb of pull. Bare, uncoated paint took 3.3 lb. Gtechniq’s $110 kit took 2.5 lb, and five of the eight took 3.2 lb or more.

RESIST does it with a spray and two microfiber towels on paint you have already washed.

What is in the bottle

Graphene and ceramic, in a spray you wipe on.

Reduced graphene oxide + SiO2 ceramic resins

Both in one formula, made in the USA.

Insta-Bond

Ethos’ contact-bonding coating technology: spread it thin and buff, no cure tent.

12+ months

Ethos’ rated standalone protection on bare paint. It also tops an existing coating.

Application

Spray, spread, buff. One panel at a time.

1

Wash

Start on clean paint, cool to the touch, out of direct sun.

2

Spray

Shake, then mist a little onto a microfiber or the panel. A little goes a long way.

3

Spread

Work it evenly over one panel.

4

Buff

Flip to a second clean microfiber and buff to gloss. Next panel.
