Terms and Conditions for Appstle Subscription Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Appstle Subscription Service ("Service") provided by Ethos Car Care ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Subscription Terms
a. Discount and Promotions: Any promotional discounts or offers available during sign-up are exclusively for active subscribers. These discounts and promotions are contingent upon the continued and successful charging of your chosen payment method for subsequent subscription periods.
b. Billing: By signing up for the Appstle Subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis.
c. Commitment: By taking advantage of any sign-up discounts or promotions, you commit to a minimum of [X number of months/shipments, e.g., "three months"] of the Appstle Subscription. Early termination before this period will result in a charge equivalent to the discount or promotional value received upon sign-up.
d. Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
e. Cancellation: After the initial commitment period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current subscription period.
f. Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated without first reaching out to our customer service and without a valid reason will be contested. Members who initiate unjustified chargebacks may be banned from using the Service in the future.
g. Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Any subscription shipments sent out before a cancellation request will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Content
You acknowledge that all information, data, and content provided as part of the Service are the property of the Company or its licensors. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express permission.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose;
- Resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
9. Abuse of Service
Abuse or misuse of the Service, including signing up multiple times to benefit from promotions or attempting to cancel immediately after receiving a discount, is prohibited and may result in the termination of your subscription without notice. We reserve the right to charge the full price of items without any discount in cases where abuse is detected.
By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the commitment period associated with any promotional discounts. Misuse or manipulation of our subscription system may result in additional charges, the termination of your subscription, and/or exclusion from future services and promotions.
