All of Ethos Car Care products are handcrafted in the United States of America.

What's your return policy?

When will my product ship?

In most cases our products ship same day, but we are a small team and quality is of the utmost importance so every once in a while things get a little delayed but we will do our best to keep you informed if there is any kind of delay.

Where is my product?

When your product ships we include a tracking code so you can see where your product is in real time via the carriers shipping tracker. These trackers can be a little finnicky at times so if something seems off after a couple of days reach out to us at sales@ethoscarcare.com and we will take care of you.
