What You Actually Need (It Fits in Your Trunk)

Keep the bottle, clean wiping cloths, a separate dry buffing towel, and somewhere for used cloths together.

Start at the Top, Work Down

Walk around your car. Identify the dirtiest panels. Check the roof - it collects dust and pollen that you’ll push onto lower panels if you start wrong.

Always work top-to-bottom. Gravity is your friend. Contamination from the roof doesn’t end up on your freshly detailed doors.

Spray and Fold

Take your microfiber towel and fold it into quarters. This gives you eight clean surfaces to work with (four per side).

Spray DEFY over the small area and into the microfiber. Wipe gently, turning to a fresh towel face as dirt collects.

Buff to a Finish

Before the product dries, use a separate clean, dry microfiber to buff away the haze and bring out the ceramic finish.

Inspect the area for remaining haze before moving on. The dry buff is part of the application.

Keep the Final Details Within the Same Soil Limit

Reassess the dirt on every surface. Keep wheel towels separate from paint towels and follow specialist-finish compatibility requirements.
